Georg-Brauchle-Ring 50 - Uptown Munich, before O2 / Telefonica moved in.
Built by Ingenhoven Architekten, Düsseldorf (when I first saw the building, i.e. the entrance area, it actually reminded me a bit of Jacques Tati's 1967 setting in Playtime).

Ingenhoven also won the 1997 Main Station Stuttgart International Comeptition - which still is a highly controversial project - kind of Stuttgart's Transrapid :-). And yes they were counseled by Stuttgart's local hero Frei Otto, we already know from our well beloved olympic stadium.
